When Farmers Trading Company began the process of defining their company values, they knew video would be an essential part of communicating these successfully. As well as making sure their people understood the values internally, the company needed to show these were authentic values that their team could live up to every day.
With Omnicron’s help, Farmers created a compelling values video story, demonstrating that the values defined things that already existed within Farmers' culture. Real Farmers’ people – from shop floor, to distribution centre, to head office – were interviewed about what the values meant to them.
The video still needed a creative device. When Omnicron heard that Farmers had a staff choir, they knew that this would be the perfect closing for the video and a fantastic way to encapsulate the values, bringing them to life!
