AA Insurance develops fresh creative to engage its staff.
AA Insurance wanted to find a new way to present the executive team’s summary of the company’s progress at their annual Town Hall event in 2017. However, a traditional ’talking head’ video didn’t excite the communications team. They wanted to reinvent the way their senior management presented the annual report to the rest of the staff.

Based on the internationally successful Carpool Karaoke videos by James Corden, the communications team came up with Carpool Conversations. Featuring Jeremy Corbett from TV 3’s Seven Days, Carpool Conversations casts Jeremy as an ‘Uber’ driver who’s picking up senior AA Insurance management. Jeremy’s style was ideal, adding humour and ensuring the conversations were balanced with fun and spontaneity.

The Omnicron creative team worked closely with the communications team to adapt the Carpool Karaoke concept for AA Insurance and rehearse the executives to ensure that the performances were on mark.
