Ondrej
Executive Producer
My role involves: everything you can possibly think of that's required to run a video production house.
I love working with clients who: treat us as a part of their team, are open-minded to bold creative concepts for video production, and challenge us to deliver our best.
My proudest career moment was: winning New Zealand's Reality TV Series of the Year Award for Henderson to Hollywood
When I'm not at work, you'll find me: enjoying time with my partner and our son...or cruising in an American classic car, or in a fish pond up to my neck in oxygen weed (long story).
Deb
Senior Producer
My role involves: understanding what you want to communicate and working with you to create your vision for the video within budget. If you're thinking about using us to produce your video content, I'm one of the producers you'll meet.
I love working with clients who: value us as partners. I passionately believe that inspired video communications can help every business.
The best part of my job is: getting to work with a range of people and businesses. Plus, I love getting out on location and amongst the action on shoot days.
I can tell you where to find Auckland's best: Sunday morning walk. It starts at Westhaven and follows the yacht harbour all the way to the Wynyard Quarter where there’s always a great coffee.
Eddie
Chief Technical Officer
My background includes: 3 years at Cook Islands Television, where I started off my career learning the ropes of video production. Followed by more than 26 great years at Omnicron (hey, isn't that gold watch material?)
I'd describe my working style as multitasked and meticulous. As my grandfather would say, Do it once, do it well.
A great day at work includes:Coffee in the mornin', Gold Class movie nights, and opening the box of a newly arrived technology.
I'm known among my workmates for:Fixing everything. You gotta probably ask Eddie! Yay, lucky me.
Glen
Director
My role involves: taking a brief from our team and directing a project through to completion from concept to editing. Yes, I'm just at ease with operating a camera as I am in video editing suite, just don't ask me to do them simultaneously.
My background includes: working within our studio in most roles. There won't be much I can't tell you about how things are done or where to find stuff.
The best part of my job is: creating the stories in the edit suite from hours of footage. It's like solving a bestselling mystery, but in the edit suite you're the author.
When I'm not at work, you'll find me: on a bush walking track in the Waitakeres or perhaps on a theatre stage assisting a local amateur production. But then again
Daniel
Producer
My role involves: A mix of sales, account direction, writing reverse briefs and creative treatments, working out budgets, putting out the odd fire and leading the team and productions to a successful end.
My background includes: Over 10 years’ experience in the corporate film industry, both in the UK and NZ. I fell into the industry by chance, on the back of my business development experience. I fell in love with it on the job and naturally progressed into the producer role, which I’ve done for the last 6 years.
The best part of my job is: Working with my clients strategically to help solve their business problems with the power of film and effective story-telling. I’m fascinated with the process of turning a creative thought into a finished film.
When I'm not at work, you'll find me: Running around after my 3 young kids.
